Morningstar has a fair value at $1.60 for NEC so if they are in the ball park (which I think they are), your purchase price looks pretty good.
I expect the share price to bounce around at these levels for a while yet but will no doubt start to rise the closer they get to releasing their full year financials. The divi yield is too good at the current price to keep the yield hunters at bay, another interest rate cut this year (50/50 chance) by the Reserve Bank will only add to people looking for a better return than what is on offer elsewhere.
