    re: Ann: Cancellation of EGM and Section 249D... thanks yeowiepower and Prospector1 - have to agree with you Prospector1 - feel there is something more going on behind the scenes - the share is stagnating so perhaps a change of board to one with more of a shareholder interest would get things moving.
