DYOR, interesting reading to look back over the history of board...

DYOR, interesting reading to look back over the history of board members of PNE and DLC, looks like some members are on both boards. Is that allowed ?? Is that conflict of interest ??
Just putting it out there as I don't know and just a bit weary.

This is the opinion of an uneducated former shareholder of BCN ,TEX, whom lost out big time to the former director of these companies and whom is now the secartary of PNE, buyer be ware I say and do your own research.
