would love to see that list too, but doubt if it ever comes to much visibility as these spivs and other descriptors that one could not use here, would pursue the list owner /publisher with a lynch mob of lawyers.
Even if there was credibility, they would use the fact that their deep and probably unethically overflowing pockets filled at others expense is more than enough to 'shut down' anyone who 'lifts the lid' them.
