    I get to 18.2 working back 15 trading days before 16/12 (but not including 16/12). Then, applying the .9 reduction adjustment, I get back to 16.38. That’s based on the EOD price of each day.

    The contract signing date was 16/12/16 per the announcement on 17/11/17 even though it was subject to a number of conditions (per announcement of 19/12/16).

    So, the VWAP was probably around the 16.407 amount referenced in the new issue announcement.
