ACE might be interested in their farms but it will only be at the downgraded values given there was no valuation done for the Annual Report. This means CDC is totally dependent on buying milk from the wholesale milk market in future for its own brand and if it thinks ACE will give it to them for a discount they better think again as ACE shareholders would crucify the CEO if that happened.
Cant see this being one of the eluded to parties.
