Can't see either ACE or ACM interested, for different reasons. ACM are off building their own as you mention and ACE isn't in the business of processing it is a pure dairy farm aggregator.

It will be a mish mash of ODFC (organic milk processing as already exists with CDC at Camperdown) and possibly the old Lian He venture for export milk and maybe some other bits and bobs for others. Essentially a contract processor with a couple of litres here and there of their own free ranging milk when they can catch it. Including goats milk apparently so who knows you might get some buffalo and camel thrown in for good measure just to complete the picture of utter confusion.
