Pep - I agree and thanks for your insight to this t/over. On my assessment when I saw it last night, it seemed to me that the bid would have to be north of $4.00 to attract any interest. year '09 eps = .269c + 10% = .296c (my est '10 eps. .296 X 13.5 times earnings = $4.00 This is what I'll be looking for but do your own research cos I'm not an expert.
