Well in theory there is always a chance but in reality with a few months to go there would have to be an out of this world announcement to get them into the money. If you want to look at the positives the share price has only fallen to 6 cents or so with all this market turmoil!

It will be interesting to see how OEX will raise money in this market when investors are now even dumping blue chip stocks. If investors can't even bring themselves to invest heavily in that place it casts a dark cloud on future funding for well development with the highly risky OEX management.
