Well a problem I can see with that release is the modeling is on $70 US Oil and depending on what your view of the price IMO the figure is going to be much lower in 2015. It may recover in successive years but what does it leave for current holders and potential investors? This is why the SPP should have included options as this seems to be just gambling at the moment with terrible odds.
