The water flowback inhibits the oil and gas flowback because of its density and higher hydrostatic pressure (compared to oil) - and so as the percentage of water falls the oil and gas flows should increase.
I have no idea how this relates to the well as we have no specifics, but if for example we have 100bopd now and 50% water we could later have 200bopd with 25% water, 300dopd with 10% and so on.
