re: Ann: Cambay-77H Well 4 1/2 inch casing se... If there was a material issue with 77H, the directors are obligated to disclose it to the market as soon as they become aware of it. If they don't, they can be prosecuted and even receive jail time.

So either the sellers have insider information and the directors know something they aren't telling us, or the sell down is purely speculative or related to time delays for fracking or other general interest reasons.

Given the market reaction to their previous announcement, you'd think the Board would make a statement either way.
