Whoever is dumping is pretty much saying to the market that a month or two of time to mobilise the completion of the well is worth more than the actual prospects of the well itself. It is also completely disregards what's happening on the Canning Basin.

This is not the kind of people you want on the corporate share register and OEX needs some solid members who can see past their nose to not only hold their position, but on positive news and prospects possibly add to their position.
