Dude, it is a mechanical breakdown; it has nothing to do with how the company is run whatsoever. It could have happened at the last site and company that used this rig. There is nothing wrong with the drilling of this well other than a short delay while a machine is fixed. To spread the kind of propaganda you're doing against OEX is just dishonest.
