Well if it is a duster RM has a problem with the announcements he has already released to the market as there is no indication of it being a "dry hole" as defined by Schlumberger oilfield glossary terms. I think it is a bit late now to protect the stockprice as it has been pretty much smashed by pulling of the bandaid slowly. Begs the question who is buying at these levels? Some investors have seen some value here or it would have fallen further if Cambay was considered a duster!
