IRD is meeting with the Chinese banks in Feb
I therefore expect any announcement to be in March.
Nobody [except me and IRD management] expects the result to be positive; that's why the price is down.
The Blue Ocean report didn't anticipate the price drop from $1 to 10c and the resulting issuance of shares.
You must therefore temper your expectations re price.
Overall looked at from a risk/reward scenario you are on the right track.
