Got mine on Friday 18th in Vic. I decided that they probably wouldn't clean out all my shares anyway (& thankfully I never had time to accumulate many), so took a further loss and sold online. I had e-mailed them asking when & if we were going to get documents and if they would consider an extension to deadline considering the shitty postal service, but of course have received no reply because they don't give a hoot about their investors.
