The Gov grants presumably mean EMDG and R&D schemes. But I'm not sure the company can claim R&D for its India expenses - I don't think you can claim offshore development in an R&D claim. Not my area of expertise.
I think they'll be looking for much more than $250k.
I'm sure there'll be creditors on the books.
