I don't fully understand the Miniran deal ... Is there a link for me to research it better ... or if you have the time to give me a 'Reader's Digest abridged version'.

Miniran deal was LGR additional exploration area, I will find the announcement tonight.
Basic summory. LGR gave minira shares on signing of the deal, they were due to pay the remaining cash in April 2018,

With LGR's limited cash reserves and no announcement detailing the finalisation of the deal, it is likely they will need to hand back these addition exploration licenses.
