Agree ! Thankyou - totally agree , and that’s just what DGR shares ought to be Right Now
With the share price - yes a huge opportunity with DGR - even I thought it will become a longterm Funds and Brokers on behalf of their Clients funds- stock ‘ Darling ?? ‘.
( as I see likely. And yes. NM annoys many. But boy he and the Team - do deals , even if shareholders so far .. not truly benefiting ! It’s not a 10 bagger yet - but what they’re building is definitely in this vicinity - at least !! )
DGR - will also be a Dividend paying stock, as well as fantastic capital gains - potential very huge —
Yet still waaay undervalued. ( ‘undercover ‘ says predictive text - good description for DGR )
However .. it probably isn’t apathy towards the stock - see viewers in HC of this thread —

I note - there has been Higher volumes of buying in DGR all of this week - just hasn’t budged the Share price !
