Its just more ammo for when LKO take them to court. Its a proper process ! On one hand they encourage investment into the industry and make stakeholders pay for access and tenements then they say your not allowed to continue with a business that has taken decades to bring to fruition. I think a few hundred mill should make up for lost time ?
