Well imo the market is scared of what might happen when the near 18m shares hit the market by the end of the month . (dilution is worth $1.1m in cash ) converted at .065¢ then another 23m due to hit market in Nov also @.065¢ (dilution worth another $1.4m) I'm accounting for this now at 613,000,000 on issue. By the time this many are on issue there will be limited funds as costs are so ridiculously high.

Staffing cost/admin are pushing $1 million a quarter ! The converting of options is just enough to keep food on the table. Admin and staffing cost are a real turnoff with DGR . They spend nearly nothing on exploration and nearly $4 million on staffing/admin costs . IMO this is why DGR goes nowhere !

Once I realised this I sold enough of my holding to be free carried. I love the story but the fees/dilution and lack of progress from DGR the company compared to the subs is a huge concern .

DGR owns good stakes in listed entities and those entities pay their directors fees to manage their companies. Why are DGR directors getting paid so much for watching over their investments in other listed companies ?

If the share price reflected decent value for the sub holdings no-one would be complaining !

Selling SOLG to pay these huge admin/staffing costs would also be another turnoff !
