Hard to say, in this situation, where shareholder equity is well above Market Cap and with relatively liquid assets, you would expect any significant capital input to be at a premium, if that were the case.

Perhaps Solg is getting to the point where mid term funding can be secured against assets at a reasonable rate. There's nothing wrong with gearing if structured correctly.

New companies will require seed capital but ROE should be healthy.

I guess it depends how active the company is in regards to internally funding subs. They have just completed a round of funding...

Share price should broadly follow intrinsic value so unless you are yield hungry, I can't see why you would sell. It's definitely a growth story.

Not advice, just an opinion. It's to the point where clarity on near-term cashflow should see significant de-risking of the stock.

Regardless they are in a very good position.
