It is a way to book airport limos. When you arrive in a city you don't know, or in a larg(ish) group, then an airport limo is a great way to get where you want to go. The difficulty has always been the market is very fragmented and it is hard to book a limo at your destination or know if the company is dodgy or not.
Airport limos have been around for ages and are quite a significant chunk of the ground transport market. If you want to know more I would suggest reading the prospectus as it is all explained in there.
