I dont think there is enough shares on small investors( as if I have not mistaken about 84% is owned by the Company and the top six holders. correct me if I am wrong) to justify current SP.
My fair value is around 25 cents the assets are good enough for other RTO's to buy up relatively cheap.
The potential for this RTO to improve outlook after the current changes, mostly the changes in the management or just the CEO alone, is positive with view into next quarter.

Now whether Whitford and his supporters will push for the once suggested overhaul of "compliance" management... etc is another very important factor. Personally I have been of the view that MH needed to go, which is done +++.
