SPT looks pretty simple to me, you have say $25000 limit on your credit card, you spend $5000 you have $20000 left, you get $5000 interest free over a certain time, SPT actually help users from having too much debt or going over their limit actually helps buyers in managing their accounts, good for on line buying and you can use it all over the world, EASY.
