No way no how can i make that $75,000 per mth work, there is something seriously wrong
with that number based on the production rates given.

Also their NRI is 39.19% with an overriding royalty of 1.13% even if the above was correct their NET revenue
would be $30,240 per mth
Using their numbers of 22 b/d @ $49.00 a barrel = $1078 p/d
Gas 1200 mcf/d at $3.30 per mcf = $3.96 p/d

Total p/d $1081.96

NRI as above = $436.25 Net to BUR p/d

If any one thinks the above numbers are wrong please point me in the right direction.
