Good point I suppose only time will tell. But again do they have the ability to just forcibly buy us out when they hold 84% of all shares?
It just dawned on me also that the recent share offer just doubled the amount of shares also diluted our existing ownership by half as well. So we actually end up being diluted by even more than 86%.
The cynic in me thinks the recent share offer was just a tactic for the board and interested parties to gain enough power in order to just rubber stamp this "purchase" through. Knowing that the majority of existing owners would likely not pump more money into this dead horse they just gobbled them up.
With all the activity on BUR in the weeks leading up to this announcement it was pretty obvious quite a few people knew about this happening. The sharemarket is a dirty game for your average punter who doesn't have access to all the obvious chatter that was going on behind the scenes.
As I said happy to ride this puppy into the ground. No point getting out now unless they force me out.
