    Can anyone help explain in layman's term to a layman the 3.7B consideration shares in the indicative capital structure section of the announcement?

    What does that mean for existing holders.

    Long time BUR holder. Excited to see where this goes. Got a bunch of my friends into it a long time back. All sold (at huge loss) apart from one.
