“Why do you say it was oversubscribed? My understanding is that it was not oversubscribed at all and the evidence lies in the fact that there have been delays in the re-listing timetable.”
>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> you’d be best advised to make sure that any future statements you make, can be verified. I say it was oversubscribed because it was!............ as stated in the Announcement yesterday.
“BUR has raised $4.57 million at a pre consolidation price of 0.4c per share (2.0 cents per share post consolidation), which is in excess of the $4.0 million minimum raising amount required for completion of the acquisition of SSG.”
As for your claim of delays in re-listing……………. to the contrary, I have been surprised how quickly this process has taken place, compared to other RTO I have been associated with. Re-listing is not ALL company related. A vast amount of work is done by the ASX and no-one dictate to them when things are done!
“Regardless, you will get a chance to buy more shares soon enough”.
>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> I can’t wait. I’ll be loading up to the max!
“Think about the maths, $4m to get 3 satellites into space and they propose to launch 200.”
>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> believe me, I have thought about the maths. Quite frankly I am absolutely gob smacked at the potential return on investment here. Without any doubt whatsoever, the profits that can be generated from this business are simply out of this world. No other business I know of comes near it.
In a previous post (#17395509 - 31/03/16) I did some of my own figures – check them out. And they were ONLY for Africa!
On the costs you quoted, even if they extended out mathematically to $266mill, it is still an outstanding bargain!
But consider this….our elected nano-sat manufacturer GomSpace will ‘production-line’ manufacture the bulk of nano-sats, delivering huge savings in overall production. Costs of space delivery to form the constellation network are getting cheaper all the time. Couple that with multiple nano-sats per payload, and the unit cost is even cheaper again.
“The main difference with SSG's nano-satellites is that each launch
can carry up to 30 nano-satellites, which will immediately divide the cost per satellite by 30.” (extracted form BUR Replacement Prospectus Page 85)
The overall cost to set-up the 200 x nano-sat constellation will be much less than the mathematically derived figure above. In fact in the “……………the cost per satellite can be as low as US$300,000.” - (BUR Replacement Prospectus Page 85 ) That extends to a mere $60mill
“Personally, I would have a bit more faith in the story if any of the proposed directors could demonstrate they had been involved in a commercially successful transaction of any nature yet alone telecoms”.
>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> I am not going to bore other posters here with a reply to that uneducated statement.
PLEASE, do yourself a favour and familiarize yourself with this company. If you don’t want to be a part of it fine, but make your decision based on your own due diligence rather than some off the cuff uninformed summations. You really are doing yourself a grave injustice not being informed.
