Look at the news flow as SHE before the relist vs now.
A lot of the shine wore off after it was in suspension for so long with little to no news. In this space I think there should be a clear and consistent series of updates, regardless of the sentiment - better than nothing.
The technology interested me when we were SHE and the news about different milestones and challenges was always interesting and at the very least let me know people were actually working on it.
