re: Ann: Bulletproof Networks Pty Ltd Acquis... If you go to ASX announcements - SPA on 28/11 reported an Appendix 3B. 425K options were exercised converting into shares. My guess was the option holder wants to realise a gain - remember the options were virtually worthless less than a couple of months ago.

I said only about 100K left was just an estimate because the number of shares already traded at the time was about 500K. It's just my guess that there can't be too many more to sell left. The selling this morning looks like someone just want to sell a big block of shares in a hurry.

The selling was more subdued towards the end of the day.
My guess is that the block of shares is gone. If I am correct then the share price will creep back up tomorrow - having to clear a few short term traders profit taking along the way.

The EGM documents has the precise number of options - quite a few are actually unlisted shares.
