re: Ann: Bulletproof Networks Pty Ltd - Acqui... I think there is still a lot of room for the share price to grow. Its great to see that the directors are responding to how the market has reacted to the acquisition, thus protecting current shareholders from dilution.
I see the performance shares as being a win-win. If the challenging performance hurdles are met, it means that we are invested in a great business and I don't mind some dilution in that case.
Anyone know if any other investment advisors have 'discovered' this yet apart from Motley Fool?
