Yes happy with this deal. 70/30 split helps incentivise owner and management team. Minimal performance payments for next 22 months. It's less than a $1M overall cost however I would have liked to see 12 months of escrow. We have bought an existing skillset to install our product which business realises they have to proceed with rather than look to government to protect them from the ever growing power costs. Well done management
