BUD can absolutely release a signed and bound contract that reflect the revenue. There would be on issue from the ASX as it is not a forecast it is a bound contract. BUD could release the terms of the tender, what does it mean, how many buildings. The reason they dont is because the numbers are probably not as strong as the market would hope for and so best just to put exciting descriptions around the deal. Remember an east coast city could be Coffs Harbour or Forster or similar, not necessarily Sydney or Melbourne, surely this could be disclosed.

It was a great announcement and positive news no questions, just lack any detail as usual and no true understanding of what these deals mean. I guess it will come out in the 4c or Not?? IMO
