LIFX bring revenue instantaneously....Remember the deal is at 1.8 X 2018 revenue numbers. We almost 1/4 the way through 2019. All report they are target for $70m this year. That means we are buying at 1 X times 2019 revenues. VERY VERY CHEAP....IMHO.
