There is some great progress here. It would be good to know how much they are charging for each unit and length of contract term and what the cancellation terms are. What does it mean to sign another UK council, is this 1 unit or 500 units, what happened to the Doncaster council, this was meant to be huge, no news, if it is dead they should say so.

While this is a very encouraging update, there are still a lot of answered questions? IMO
