It's not that simple, you have to factor liquidity at that price. As of now there is only about 22,000 shares available on market under 35c.
Of course if some large holders start selling below 35, then its a different story - good example is SAS, they offered SPP at 12c but volume on market under 12c was quite high so it was a bit of a failure.
BTH has held above 35c on good volume for a while now.
The fundamentals on BTH are fantastic, they are well cashed up now with over $20M on hand and QoQ sales of ~$5M pq.
The move into LMS is very strategic and smart, I work in a large enterprise and am currently a customer of BTH. I can tell you that within my organization (over 30k+ employees) we struggle with our current LMS, the move to acquire Zunos to leverage micro learning to tackle the LMS problem is huge. This is a CURRENT gap in my company and we are very excited to see the Big Tin Can platform moving into this space.
