Finding vms was fortunate, but not polymetallic mineralisation i'd say - except for the quantity and composition of course.
Anyway, be that as it may, surely many things have been learnt about vms in the BB since then, one of which of course is how bloody hard it is find a deposit. It's a TEASE!
Narracoota Formation/Volcanics v Karalundi Formation.
It seems that the DeGrussa-Red Bore-Monty-Citra-Orient 'stretch' is Karalundi F and the Forest-Wodger-Big Billy-Horseshoe Lights 'stretch' is Narracoota F. That's simplistic I know, but that's the gist as I read the situation, relying on various exploration reports of course.
If you don't dispute that general observation, then what's the significance of the difference, if any, between the 2 formations except for the seemingly separate locations? Care to espouse?
