I have been following this company for over five years. The current MD has been involved the same length of time. When he took over he made it very clear he was going to ensure that he would have an active drilling programme for the companies very promising leases and keep us fully informed. To do this he raised money to ensure they have sufficient capital to do so.
I don`t believe he has kept his word and in fact done the opposite.
I have checked the history of SFR. The difference is they had an active drilling programme with the money raised as they believed in what they had as did the investors. I would love them to follow their strategic plan.
I am aware of where they are drilling is very wild and desolate and you just don`t say this looks a nice spot. Their vast holding can make their task difficult. The new Technology used is reasonably sophisticated to eliminate drilling dusters and allows for an active shallow drilling programme to test the soil and what minerals the ground may hold. From what I can see they don`t seem to do this. They are telling us they are trying to conserve funds.
So far we have only found zinc. Ah well that was a surprise.Do we have a little kicker there. The point here is we drill one hole and then wait and wait and wait. It is not an active drilling programme.
Finally many of us invested in this company with the promise of an active drilling programme with a much better approach to keeping S/H fully informed and the old ways of previous management in the past.
