Now your getting it, "infused" with very small, rapidly decreasing amounts of HRE.
It's called Grain Boundary Diffusion, no Dy/HRE in the alloy, just tiny amounts added to the grain boundary as the mag formed from powders.
But they've moved on further, finer particle size, and alignment in low oxygen process, all improving magnet performance and reducing the need for HRE, as a little intelligent research would show.
Proof is in the flat/falling Dy price vs NdPr, pretty obvious which way the respective demand is running.
