Unless they were hinting at Wah Sham coming clean with how they will provide rail.
Actually, now that WNI is our major holder, what is to stop them from doing a C/R to fund rail? Thereby treating us like their own holders and diluting the heck out of us. They have the numbers to push anything through no matter how redicilous.
Sp looks a bit sick this morning doesn't it.
