    Conspiracy theory #1:
    a) Speculator (who does not have ready access to a telephone) naively put in advance sell orders through a broker.
    b) Broker runs down the trading price of BUX through circular trading.
    c) Then the broker offers to buy BUX from speculator - off market and matching the new indicated trading price.
    d) Broker pockets BUX cheaply.
