Well the wise guys waited until permitting was substantially de-risked before entering and a few have enjoyed nearly 100% uplift in a week.. We live and learn.
Biggest run I have seen ATV put in, history would suggest a good time to sell!!
Next stop funding - will be interesting to see how much reasonably priced mezz mgmt are able to fit into the funding structure..
