The other directors need to consider the value of retaining McFarland.
He has no share interest in the company and
He has caused an appearance of improper conducted at the very least.
Is there a good reason to retain him on the board of directors?
If not a meeting of the board of directors should be called
And the results of the board meeting released
So that the share holders can be better informed of the situation.
