Given that the Company has filed for the use of the better word technically "Bankruptcy" in Brazil, Shows us that this Co has basically nothing going for it. IMO...I think the ASX should/will refuse the Co from being further listed on the ASX. I would also think that the ASX will ask the Co next week to show cause as to why it shouldn't be totally delisted.
I wonder if the Co may also expect a class action from O/seas investors from it's last C/Raising.
Will be most interesting to see what AGP finally do with this Co.
Wasn't it a stroke of luck that JL got all his loans out of the Co at the right time and good to see AP soughted out his employment/contract $$$$ issues.
