RTR does look promising, capital raising was last done at .07c and directors bought more shares when the SP dropped at around .05c, obviously see potential.
Market is down overall and RTR is an explorer, will need to become either a producer or have continued exploration success and sell off high quality assets. SP will re-rate accordingly but will take some time.
