re: Ann: ADE: BPT: Beach launches cash bid fo... BPT had close to 20% of ADE before the cash offer, another 20+ % gone through today, so they are not far off having 50% of the company already, not a bad situation to be in for Beach.........lets see how it pans out.
ADE management been slow to respond in strongly discouraging sellers, the horse has bolted by the looks of it.
