In relation to the patents BOT has in the last 2 months refiled their patent aplications as they have done a few times because as trials and research continue they keep optimizing the dosage/formulations. Why is Botanix the only CBD focused skin care company?
Well firstly they are not. There are quite a few. Botanix is the only one however going down the FDA route for the prescription market. Botanix were first movers on this and are way ahead on anyone else wanting to copy us so companies have ptobably looked at this and thought "were too late"
Also botanix is using a synthetic version of CBD which will make consistency and the FDA approval process much easier.BOT doesnt really consider itself a pot stock rather a pharma utilising the same chemical compound as CBD in synthetic form.

And as for Dr Eugene Cooper and his agreement with Botanix (another post), the royalty agreement can be found as clear as day in the Botanix literature. Just dont have it in front of me. From memory it was upfront payment on aproval and 5% royalty or similar...
