Sure we have Permetrex because it appears to enhance absorption but is Permetrex such a wonder vehicle ? Other biotechs may choose to move in this dermal CBD direction with standard topical vehicles. A very popular non CBD acne product in Australia is Clindatech lotion containing an antibiotic called clindamycin 1%. This is a lotion, a simple vehicle containing ethanol and purified water. Pretty damn simple stuff, pretty damn good product too. So how good is Permetrex itself and does it really matter ? It matters insofar as that is what is being tested in phase 2 and with the management having great experience in these FDA matters my question appears rhetorical.
